Rock Up, the UK’s leading rock-climbing operator, has selected Meadowhall, one of the UK’s premier shopping and leisure destinations, for its fifth location.

The 2,000 sq ft site will open next month and be in prime position to attract the 24 million people annually who visit the centre. Rock Up at Meadowhall will have 17 climbing walls towering 8 metres-high, and a soft play area with a café.

Meadowhall has launched an immersive unicorn themed pop-up store for shoppers to experience this Christmas.

British Land, joint owner of Meadowhall, has announced that Godiva opened a 1,700 sq ft store at the newly refurbished centre on Dec 22.
