Leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has secured two additional sites for popular burger brand, Patty & Bun, on Borough High Street and within the Television Centre in White City.
The first, located at 19 Borough High Street, is a 1,500 sq ft unit opposite Borough Market and nearby London Bridge Station. Due to open in May, it will be the first ever Patty & Bun site to offer a breakfast menu, available Monday-Friday. The ground floor level will be focused on a quick service take-away style with no seating. The lower floor, with high ceilings and exposed brick walls, will provide a dine in experience for customers featuring a bar and a large, theatrical open-kitchen. It will be the brands 10th location.
In addition to the Borough High Street site, Shelley Sandzer has secured a 2,000 sq ft ground floor unit within the new Television Centre development in White City. The two new additions bring the brand’s total number of London locations to 10.
Commenting on the deals, Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “We are delighted to announce our involvement in securing two fantastic sites for this immensely popular brand.
