Patty & Bun to open first restaurant outside of London

Popular burger brand, Patty & Bun, will officially open their first restaurant outside of London next month.  The debut regional restaurant, secured by leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, is located at 56 Ship Street in Brighton.

Shelley Sandzer secured a prime corner unit situated within the busy South Lanes, covering approximately 1,500 sq ft across basement, ground and first floors with space for 50 covers in total.  The new regional restaurant will serve the brand’s popular burger menu including the signature ‘ARI GOLD’ cheeseburger.
