Duo of F&B signings at The Yards, Covent Garden

Longmartin Properties Ltd, a joint venture between Shaftesbury and the Mercers’ Company, has announced a pair of firsts with its latest F&B signings. Totalling almost 2,000 sq ft, The Yards, Covent Garden, will welcome a restaurant debut for UKIYO and a central London first for Buns from Home.

Vonder launches new line of hotels in central London

Vonder, the global co-living brand, has announced that it will launch a new branch of its evolved co-living concept, presenting two community driven hotels in Earls Court and Paddington, with the former due to launch in May and the latter in July. RPMI Railpen signs Penningtons for ten-year renewal in central London

Leading law firm, Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, has committed to a lease regear of their 39,000 sq ft office space at 125 Wood Street, EC2, which is owned by RPMI Railpen (Railpen), the £30bn Railways Pension Scheme.
