Longmartin Properties Ltd, a joint venture between Shaftesbury and the Mercers’ Company, has announced social enterprise, Fair Shot Café, has selected The Yards, Covent Garden for the first not-for-profit café in the West End.

The St David’s Partnership has announced the launch of a new 1,133 sq ft café at St David’s Cardiff for speciality Welsh coffee company, Kin+Ilk.

Shaftesbury has secured two new independent concepts, adding to the vibrant dining offer in its West End destination, Seven Dials. Vegan take-away vendor YEDA has launched its first ever location at 55 Neal Street, whilst Italian gastronomic specialist Arro Coffee is set to open at 36 Monmouth Street in early February.  

Leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, acted in a deal that has seen The Office Group (TOG) launch a partnership with celebrity chef and author, Luke Thomas. 

Brunch and healthy eating spot, Élan Café, is to open a third site, located in Oxford Circus.

The St David’s Partnership, owners of St David’s in Cardiff, one of the UK’s premier retail and leisure destinations, has today announced that Big Moose Coffee Co. has opened its first café at St David’s.
