Redical strengthens leadership team with trio of strategic appointments

Redical, the real estate owner and operator behind landmark destinations Victoria Leeds and The Liberty Romford, has made three strategic hires to enhance the operational, brand and asset management capability across its portfolio.

James Edmondson has been appointed as Asset Manager for Victoria Leeds. At Redical, James will focus on implementing targeted asset strategies that allow the destination to flourish and perform to its full potential. With a decade of experience, James joins the team from Savills UK Investment, and will support Redical in its transformative approach to asset management.

Rebecca Hiley has joined as Brand Relationship Manager at Victoria Leeds, bringing over two decades of senior retail leadership experience, most recently as Regional Manager at Ralph Lauren. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing brand partnerships and working closely with occupiers to support Victoria Leeds’ continued evolution as a leading premium retail and lifestyle destination.

Joining the team at The Liberty Romford is Louise Boorman, appointed as Tenant Liaison Manager. Louise brings with her a wealth of experience in customer engagement and centre operations, with previous roles at The Ritz London and BMW’s Sytner Group. She will lead the day-to-day management of retailer liaison at the centre, with a focus on enhancing visitor experience and supporting long-term strategic partnerships with all occupiers.

Rebecca Hiley and Louise Boorman have been appointed by Redical’s managing agent, Savills.

Mikko Syrjanen, co-founder of Redical, commented: “These appointments are a clear reflection of our commitment to strengthening our destinations through exceptional people. James, Rebecca and Louise each bring unique and highly complementary expertise, and share our ambition to create and nurture places where brands thrive and communities connect.”

Totalling almost 1.2m sq ft of retail, F&B and leisure, Redical’s handpicked portfolio has welcomed significant enhancements and substantial growth thanks to the real estate owner and operator. The company’s vision of fulfilling unrealised potential for its assets has built strong market momentum since its conception in 2020, as it demonstrates its transformative approach, industry differentiation and appetite for growth.
