Charlotte is a communications coach and consultant who ensures senior leaders speak with impact, earn trust and connect with their audiences – whether in the media, at a panel event or within organisations.

She has worked with CEOs and their teams in some of the biggest businesses on the FTSE 100 and across a wide range of sectors. A certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, Charlotte specialises in preparing people for high-stakes conversations, empowering clients to stay in control and become confident, compelling communicators.

Before setting up her consultancy, she was an Associate Director at Edelman and spent nearly 20 years as a national journalist, including more than a decade as a Sky News correspondent and presenter. She has covered major global events – from the war in Ukraine and the COVID pandemic to Brexit - and has interviewed top political and business leaders, including many of the recent UK Prime Ministers. Charlotte has a proven history in investigative and multiplatform journalism and deep expertise in powerful storytelling.
