Felicity has specialised in placemaking, having represented national, governmental tourist boards, including Discover Puerto Rico, Vienna Tourist Board and Pro Colombia. Felicity has also worked for a range of leading international hotel groups and private properties, such as the Dorchester Collection, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo and Generator.
