Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE has officially unveiled its iconic Christmas lights. This year the illuminations switch-on was also captured on film, in a bid to support the community and deliver festive cheer virtually to those who may be unable to visit during the Christmas period.
Kooky invests over £33m in London Borough of Barnet
Kooky, the new boutique BTR brand, has announced the purchase of 69 units located in Mill Hill and Whetstone, investing over £33 million in the London Borough of Barnet. Delivered by national housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey, Kooky has acquired 30 units within Millbrook Park, in the wider redevelopment of the former Army Barracks in Mill Hill, and a block of 39 apartments within Oakleigh Grove, Whetstone.

Developer First Base and RPMI Railpen (Railpen), the investment manager for the £30 billion railways pension scheme, have entered into a contract to acquire a 3-acre site in Cambridge city centre for a new 250,000 sq ft mixed-use neighbourhood. The site, which is currently utilised as a Travis Perkins depot, is located five minutes’ walk from Cambridge station in the heart of the city.
