Crayfields Park, the 22-acre office and industrial space in Orpington, has secured a series of new leasing deals, highlighting the park’s commitment to providing exceptional workspace and fostering a thriving business environment.

Legal & General has committed to further investment by submitting a planning application for a 2,200 sq ft building refurbishment and extension at Crayfields Park, to create a café and management suite. The building, known as Nash House, forms a key gateway to the 22 acre Crayfields Park in Orpington, Bromley.
