Shelley Sandzer steers deal for Wheelcake Island at Westfield

Shelley Sandzer, the leading specialist UK leisure property agency, has acted on behalf of the brand in a deal which will see Taiwanese pancake and snack brand,  Wheelcake Island, secure its first standalone site, due to open at Westfield London on November 15.
