Railpen, one of the largest pension managers in the UK, has announced the signing of Caterham Cars, the British manufacturer of specialist lightweight sports cars, at Dartford X, its market-leading industrial park in Dartford. Caterham Cars has acquired Unit D which is 54,000 sq ft, consolidating three existing sites in and around Dartford into the new space.

Federated Hermes has announced that cosmetics pioneer, Lush, has signed for additional units at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole. Lush has selected two of Fleets Corner’s comprehensively refurbished warehouse units, A1 and A2, with a combined gross internal area of approximately 103,000 sq ft.

The international business of Federated Hermes has announced British online décor business, Happy Homewares, is significantly expanding its existing warehouse space at Fleets Corner Business Park into a neighbouring 13,105 sq ft unit.
RPMI Railpen and Wrenbridge secure consent for major London warehouse development
RPMI Railpen (Railpen), the investment manager for the £30bn railways pension schemes, and Wrenbridge have achieved planning consent for a 128,000 sq ft warehouse development on a 5.85-acre site in Waltham Cross, London, purchased in October 2019. The development will create six Grade A units ranging in size from 5,400 sq ft to 84,500 sq ft.
