RED Construction Group, the specialist main contractor, has announced the appointment of its London division on the second phase of The Sheppard Trust’s redevelopment of the former Royal Cambridge Home site, an independent living facility located in East Molesey, Surrey.  

Victoria Place in Woking is to welcome Danish homeware retailer, Søstrene Grene, later this year, as part of its rapid expansion across the UK. Occupying a prominent position on Henry Plaza between M&S and Moss Bros., the brand is opening a 4,673 sq ft store, its first-ever in Surrey.

Railpen, one of the largest pension managers in the UK, has achieved fully let status at its 150,000 sq ft Octimum Business Park in Woking with the signing of two tenants for the last remaining refurbished units. 

Victoria Place, Woking, is set to welcome Black Sheep Coffee this year. The independent specialist coffee chain will open its 1,722 sq ft space as part of the brand’s expansion across the UK.

Victoria Place has today announced the opening of Komo, an exclusive cocktail bar. The 4,754 sq ft unit is located at 21-25 Commercial Way and is the second site for the operator.
