RPMI Railpen (Railpen) has announced a £7m investment programme for Gretna Gateway Outlet Village, transforming the destination into Caledonia Park, Scotland’s premier designer village.

St David’s, Cardiff, owned and managed by The St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between intu and Landsec, has marked ten years since the opening of ‘St David’s 2’ on 22nd October 2009.
