First Central Cross Restaurants announced: JinLi Chinatown and Modern Shanghai add some spice to Chinatown London

Shaftesbury has today announced the first two restaurants to sign as part of Central Cross, a 48,000 sq ft mixed-use development at the eastern gateway to Chinatown London.
