The Momentum Group announces key hires to facilitate the next stage of growth
Leading North West property services firm The Momentum Group has announced a series of strategic hires as it enters its next phase of growth. The appointments restructure the property advisory division, coinciding with a roll out of individual brands for each of the Group’s businesses, Advise, Build, Manage, and Maintain, each now distinguished by its own visual identity.
Andrew Quinn joins Momentum Advise as Director, bringing over 19 years of experience managing infrastructure, civil engineering, and development projects across multiple sectors. His focus will be on supporting clients develop long-term strategic vision. He is joined by Gary Pinch as Associate Director, one of three in the newly structured Advise team. Pinch has over 14 years of experience in pre and post-contract cost management, procurement, and project delivery across residential, education, and mixed-use sectors. Alongside this, two internal promotions have taken place for Phil Hutchinson and Paul Cammack, who have beenpromoted to Associate Directors of the business. These appointments have created three distinct areas of expertise within the Advise business, retail delivery, project management and cost management.

The past year has seen The Momentum Group expand into an increasingly diverse range of sectors, including industrial and education. Highlights include Momentum Advise and Momentum Build’s ongoing relationship with Liverpool ONE, Momentum Build’s contract to refurbish Xplore! Science Discovery Centre in Wrexham, and Momentum Maintain securing new work with Crosby Housing Association.
