The Sloane Stanley Estate to welcome 10,000 sq ft of pop-ups in the coming months
The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced a series of pop-ups across the neighbourhood over the next few months, spanning art, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Together, these brands will take over 10,000 sq ft of curated pop-up space on King’s Road, underscoring Sloane Stanley’s commitment to championing emerging brands in a prime location.
Returning contemporary accessories brand Kaya Nuka has opened at 324-326 King’s Road for its sixth pop-up with Sloane Stanley until 15th March.
UK label Stoned & Waisted, known for its luxury shearling coats, reversible pieces and timeless outerwear, will be opening at 340 King’s Road from 12th March to 25th March.
Sloane Stanley will also welcome back London-based womenswear label, Minka Dink, returning for its third pop-up following a successful debut a few years ago. It will open a 1,728 sq ft unit at 324-326 King’s Road on 21st March until 4th May.
Jewellery brand Bijoux De Mimi is also returning for an extended pop-up run after multiple successful shops across the Estate. Lauded as a Gen-Z favourite for colourful pieces, this is one of Sloane Stanley’s most successful retail stories to date, and will follow Minka Dink at 324-326 King’s Road on 6th May for four months, closing on 16th September.
Lexy London, the emerging fashion label, will also open at 340 King’s Road at the end of March, showcasing its seasonal collections until 21st April.
Celebrated for her contemporary take on womenswear, Louise Gillard will bring her signature tailoring and fashion consciousness to 340 King’s Road for the first time, opening on 24th April to 8th May.
Rounding off the pop-up schedule is Paul Brown, the artist with an interest in the combination of art and technology, who will be opening a showroom at 340 King’s Road on 11th May to 24th May.
For over a decade, Sloane Stanley has provided flexible, high-quality retail units for digitally native and independent brands to bridge the gap from online to in-person retail. Many pop-ups have gone on to return season after season, or even progress into permanent retail, demonstrating not just commercial success but deep customer engagement within the Estate’s vibrant retail environment.
Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley. “We’re proud that so many independent brands continue to choose the Sloane Stanley Estate as the place to launch, and relaunch, their physical retail journey. Pop-ups are more than short-term shops, they’re strategic brand moments. Many of our tenants return year after year because our location, leasing flexibility and hands-on support help them connect with new customers and refine their bricks-and-mortar propositions. This season’s programme exemplifies our commitment to championing independent retail and fostering the next generation of retail innovators.”
Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt, Founder of Bijoux De Mimi, added: “King’s Road has become such a massive part of the Bijoux DNA. There is honestly nothing like the buzz of seeing thousands of our customers queueing up for our pop ups. This longer summer residency is our biggest moment yet. We can’t wait to see our community back together in our London home!”
As well as Sloane Stanley’s busy pop-up calendar over the next few months, the Estate is also set to welcome Third Space in the first half of this year. It will take 22,371 sq ft at 19 Mallord Street, delivering an unparalleled fitness and wellness offer alongside the likes of FaceGym, Karve, and Ultimate Performance.
