Stärka appointed by Padel Social Club to drive forward nationwide expansion
Stärka, the innovative leisure real estate advisory business, has been appointed as sole agents by Padel Social Club, the social padel concept, as it looks to expand its presence nationwide.
Launching its first site in Earl’s Court and having recently joined The O2’s leisure line-up, Stärka will help to elevate Padel Social Club’s best-in-class portfolio across the UK market, targeting indoor and outdoor spaces between 10,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft. Padel Social Club takes a flexible and versatile approach to its locations and formats, ranging from multi-court barns to pop-up or permanent turn-key court installations and activations, bringing a dynamic, community-driven padel experience to some of the UK’s most iconic destinations. Stärka is seeking locations that match the target demographic, aligning with Padel Social Club’s priority to foster, engage, and support local communities, and is also looking at opportunities to secure regional firsts in some of the UK’s most iconic locations.
The growth of Padel has seen a phenomenal demand over the last few years, with Padel Social Club asserting itself as the UK’s premier Padel community. The concept welcomes players of varied experience, and depending on the venue, comes equipped with social and wellness areas, rooftop bars, meeting rooms and co-working spaces, as well as cafés with curated food menus and retail spaces selling specialist Padel equipment and clothing.
