Grosvenor Europe has announced that leading fashion brand, COS, is to open a North West regional flagship store in Liverpool ONE.
COS will launch a 5,700 sq ft store at the entrance to Peter’s Lane this May, adjacent to Flannels and Beauty Bazaar Harvey Nichols. Situated in a former warehouse with links back to the city’s maritime history, the store will showcase COS’s fashion ranges for women and men, bringing the brand’s modern, functional and considered design to the North West for the first time in a standalone store.
Commenting on the news, Alison Clegg, Director, Asset Management at Grosvenor Europe, said: “We are very pleased to secure a first store in the North West for COS, which is another great directional fashion brand for Liverpool ONE. COS joins a cache of exceptional premium brands located on Peter’s Lane that together provide the best in designer clothing, footwear, jewellery and beauty products.”

Liverpool ONE continues to grow and outperform, this year marking its tenth anniversary since opening in 2008. The signing of COS follows a record year for Liverpool ONE, with sales up 3% in 2017 compared to 2016 and an annual footfall of 29 million. In addition, a further new entrant to Liverpool ONE’s Peter’s Lane will be announced in the coming weeks.
