Milestone Moment: Liverpool ONE’s 15 year anniversary.

In addition to ongoing leasing and placemaking announcements, we were tasked with leveraging Liverpool ONE’s 15th anniversary to spotlight the significant and positive impact Grosvenor and Liverpool ONE has contributed to Liverpool City Region, to reaffirm their continual, long-term commitment to the region and utilise the opportunity as a rallying moment for key stakeholders.

Our outcomes?

  • We co-project managed a 15-year impact report, analysing Liverpool ONE’s contribution to the region. We secured exclusive interviews across retail, property and F&B media outlets for the impact report​, and distributed a release to wider media.

  • We facilitated numerous interviews (incl. broadcast) and site-tours with tier one media, as well as a roundtable event, and organically weaved in 15-year messaging across wider leasing and placemaking announcements​.

  • During 2023, we achieved:

    • 46 pieces of coverage

    • A reach of 10.7 million

    • 93% in tier one and two media

    • 20 in-depth feature articles

    • 100% of pieces including a Grosvenor and/or Liverpool ONE quote

    • Secured 8 key journalists secured at a roundtable
