Regeneration: Elephant Park.

Our brief on this project was to drive demand for the ground floor retail, F&B, and leisure element, including Sayer Street, supporting the leasing team in creating an offer that increased the appeal of apartments to renters and purchases, while also reflecting the surrounding context.

Another key part of our role was to safeguard the positioning of Elephant Park across B2B trade as appropriate regeneration for Elephant & Castle, and not simply a financial-led scheme of gentrification.

Our outcomes?

  • We ensured that a consistent drum beat of leasing news was communicated to key retail, property, business, F&B and local media titles, and supported with the creation of marketing materials.

  • We created five videos for the leasing team (including interviews with Lendlease, architects, and tenants, and helped facilitate an agents’ event to drive industry interest and heighten awareness.

  • From 2018 to 2024, we achieved a reach of 27.3 million.
